Review Of Student Work

I have reviewed  many different pieces of Student work from last year and found two that really drew my attention due to a lot of things like lighting, camera shots, speed, locations and editing techniques

This first Video was a Remake of Florence and The Machine. This group really intrigued me when it came to the use of location and lighting. The effects emphasised the speed of the music video which overall produced a video so useful.
In addition the 'warning' message that was used in the beginning of the video was a very creative idea, and is also an idea my group had thought about to use, as our video will also be containing amounts of lighting and flashes.





The second Video again the effects used in this video was great! Reviewing it I automatically felt it was the actual video for the song. The negative, black and white and blur effect brought more meaning and engagement because not many music videos are like this so, it was a smart and creative idea to change the colouring.
I dont think i have any criticism for this video as it really was one I liked.
